Course Description: This course is designed to enhance competencies needed to conduct
legal and structured interviews complying with EEO guidelines and procedures that
ensure legal defensibility; write behavioral-based questions, avoid legal pitfalls; evaluate
candidate responses objectively, and consistency, scoring/rating, and make the right
hiring decisions The course will also focus on pre-interview preparation, communication
skills, proper etiquette and highlighting strengths and weaknesses of candidates.
