Course Description: This course is designed specifically to help employers comply with
the OSHA Hearing Conservation Standard. This course will give employees a better
understanding of the importance of hearing protection the noise level of everyday
equipment and how to select and properly use hearing protection. Employee must receive
annual training on the effects of noise and how to protect themselves. Earmuffs and
Earplugs and noise levels over 85 Decibels will be discussed
Method of instruction: Power Point Presentation supplemented by: Audio/Visual Aids.
