This course is designed for drivers who which to obtain their first Florida's drivers license. The course will focus
on Florida your driving privilege, the use of alcohol and other drugs, drinking and driving DUI penalties, serious
violations, license suspension, revocation, and cancellation, violation and the point system, mandatory
restrictions for minors, revocation, and cancellation, violation and the point system, mandatory restrictions for
minors, Time restrictions, Zero Tolerance. Implied Consent Law, the open container law, Attitude and Drivers
responsibility.

Method of Instruction: Instructor Presentation, supplemented by: Audio/Visual Aids.
Required by: Florida Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to obtain first Florida Driver’s License.
Written Exam: Yes Test is based on the materials that will be covered in class.
