weakness, and also the strengths and weaknesses of those they lead. This course is
designed to give understanding of the psychological principles of motivation. Participants
will learn how to set up effective teams, how to capitalize on the collective strengths of
your team members. The course will focus on: essential principles of management,
corporate culture basic understanding of the manager’s role as a coach, motivator,
problem solver and decision maker, and to empower employees to make a significant
contribution to their organization.
